communication board, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be

offered for informational purposes only; tre Ministries shall not be responsible or
liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or
made available via this area of the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any
error or omissions in that information.

functionality owned and operated by tre Ministries™, are protected by international
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws and
are not to be used without permission.
The privacy notice of treministries.org applies solely to information collected
by this website. tre Ministries will collect information from you through:
• Your application and registration
• Your requests for customer support
• Your participation and communication on the directory and the
communication board
The types of data we collect voluntarily and directly from you many include: Name,
address, email address, phone number, credit card or bank account information, log-in
usernames and passwords and potentially the calendar information posted and stored
on the directory and communication board. This information will be used for online
direct deposit, to set up your account profile, and to assist in calendar promotion if
requested.

services that you have requested when accepting our Terms and Conditions, or where

Payments must be made online through treministries.org. Automatic monthly
credit card or bank account payments will be scheduled for the 1st of every month.
There are no refunds available, except upon disillusion of the organization. For the
cancelation of subscriptions and automatic payments, please contact tre Ministires via
the website.
This Terms and Conditions Contract imposes upon each party a duty of good
faith and fair dealing in such party's performance of its obligations under this contract.
tre Ministries reserves the right to terminate your access to the directory and
communication board, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and
destruction of all information associated with your account.
tre Ministries also reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from
time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the website, directory, and
communication board will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If
there are any changes, we will announce that these changes have been made on the
home page of the communication board. Any changes will be posted 30 days prior to
these changes taking effect. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a
regular basis.
